Une exploration d’improvisation collective en téléprésence (EeRteT), mardi 20 mars 2018 à 19h30 à 20h15 (-4UTC) pour explorer les conditions d’une performance en réseau de danse et musiques improvisée avec projection vidéo.

C’est la suite d’un test de performance réalisé en Belgique puis d’une performance en téléprésence réalisée en Autriche en nov 2017.  9 artistes ont contribué à rassembler des vidéos danse témoignant de différents tertres (lieux où la mort et la vie communiquent).  Puis ils et elles se sont rencontrés en ligne pour une performance collective appelée Earthien Encounter / Rencontres Terrestres / Encuentros Terrestres.

Un danseur a improvisé avec les vidéos ainsi que des chanteurs et des musiciens basés au Mexique, au Canada, aux États-Unis, au Royaume-Uni. Ensemble, nous avons formé un EerTeT.  L’expérience relationnelle était palpitante et nous pensons que cette configuration pourrait être utilisée pour d’autres explorations:
nous voulons ouvrir son senti à l’exploration collective.

Au cours de cette exploration, nous allons danser et jouer de la musique ensemble et à distance, avant de discuter du set up. Préparez vos voix, corps, oreilles, esprits, cœur

You are welcome to an exploration of collective improvisation in telepresence (EeRtet) on tuesday March 20th from 7.30pm to 8.15pm (-4UTC). This workshop would like to brain and body storm about the technical and embodiement aspects of a telepresence set up for networked performance of improvised dance and music with video projection.

It is the continuation of and performance test realised in Belgium and an online performance realised in a residency at Mur.at, Graz, Austria. 9 artists contributed with video, song, music, spirit, body, to harvest through still frame videos, exerpts of dances from different tertre from earth (places where death and life communicate). Then they met online for an embodied performance called Earthian Encounters/Rencontres Terrestres/Encuentro Terreales.

A dancer based in Austria improvised with the projected videos, along with singers and musicians based in Mexico, Canada, US, Uk. Together, we formed an EerTeT.
The relational experience was thrilling and we think that this set up could be used for further explorations: we want to open it s design to collective exploration.

During this particular workshop coming on tueday 20, we will dance and play music together and remotly, and then discuss the set up.  Prepare your voice, body, words, ears, spirits & heart.
